How to help this heal faster ?

ok so the other day i was wearing a pair of flip flops , they are kinda loose on my feet and they rubbed a raw place on my foot , how do i heal it fast , its raw and a little red and puffy around it , it itches a little bit but still hurts , what should i do ? btw its not very big , its not like
